CCTV Engineer (Project-Based Experience Required) at African Industries Group (AIG)

Job Summary

African Industries Group (AIG) is seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Engineer with proven project implementation experience to install, configure, and maintain surveillance and security systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in CCTV system deployment, troubleshooting, and integration across commercial or industrial projects.

The role requires technical competence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on-site in Lagos or Kaduna.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission CCTV systems including IP and analog cameras
• Design and implement surveillance system layouts based on project requirements
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports prior to project execution
• Install and configure NVRs, DVRs, access control systems, and related security equipment
• Perform cable laying, trunking, termination, and network configuration
• Integrate CCTV systems with other security infrastructure where required
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system faults efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on CCTV installation and project experience
• Strong knowledge of IP surveillance systems, networking, and structured cabling
• Experience working on large-scale security projects (commercial, industrial, or institutional)
