Cash on Delivery (COD) Accountant at Speedaf Nigeria Limited

About the Role

Speedaf Nigeria Limited is seeking a qualified COD Accountant to manage cash on delivery payments, reconciliation, and financial operations in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Process COD payments, handle cash and cheque transactions, and update records
• Track and reconcile COD payments from drivers, agents, and customers
• Reconcile COD accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Generate invoices and manage COD billing for customers
• Manage settlements with drivers and agents, ensuring accurate payment and reconciliation
• Prepare regular reports on COD collections, outstanding amounts, and other relevant metrics
• Investigate and resolve COD discrepancies in a timely manner
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth COD operations
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a COD Accountant
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
