## Title: Call Center Agent - Quick Service Restaurant

About This Position

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Call Center Agent to support our quick-service restaurant operations. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. In this role, you will handle incoming calls for orders, delivery inquiries, menu questions, and service concerns, ensuring every customer receives fast, accurate, and courteous assistance reflecting the high standards of our hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls promptly with a warm, professional attitude
  • Take food orders accurately, confirm details, and process special instructions
  • Provide information about menu items, deals, promotions, and delivery times
  • Assist customers with order changes, cancellations, and service concerns
  • Coordinate with restaurant branches, delivery teams, and kitchen staff when needed
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate issues to supervisors if required
  • Track and update customer information, order statuses, and interactions in the system
  • Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and company service standards
  • Meet performance targets such as call quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Support team members and maintain a positive, service-driven environment

Education Requirements

  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a call center
