Job Summary

United Nigeria Airlines seeks a motivated Cabin Crew Member to provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout flights. This role involves responding to passenger inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, and maintaining the highest standards of cabin service and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility to the Captain for all aspects of cabin safety
• Operate under the direction of the Purser regarding cabin service delivery
• Remain updated on all airline safety procedures and be licensed to operate on all United Nigeria airplanes
• Answer mandatory safety briefing questions before each flight
• Deliver cabin service in accordance with United Nigeria's service standards as outlined in the airline's service standard manual
• Maintain high levels of customer experience by assisting passengers and managing problems in liaison with flight seniors
• Ensure passenger safety within designated areas of responsibility and manage safe evacuation procedures in emergency situations
• Oversee daily workflow of the cabin department
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in customer service
