Key Roles and Responsibilities
Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily business activities across departments
- Ensure workflows align with company goals and policies
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for efficiency
- Implement systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support senior management in setting operational strategies
- Translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
- Track KPIs and operational metrics
- Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor operational expenses
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without reducing quality.
- Coordinate teams, vendors, and resources
- Support recruitment, training, and staff productivity.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Identify operational risks and mitigate them.
- Act as a link between operations, finance, HR, sales, and logistics
- Resolve operational bottlenecks affecting performance.
- Candidates should possess a First degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Strong leadership and communication

- Ability to work across departments.
