A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Key Roles and Responsibilities Operational Oversight:
  • Manage daily business activities across departments
  • Ensure workflows align with company goals and policies
Process Improvement:
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for efficiency
  • Implement systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Strategic Planning:
  • Support senior management in setting operational strategies
  • Translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
Performance Management:
  • Track KPIs and operational metrics
  • Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Monitor operational expenses
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without reducing quality.
Team & Resource Management:
  • Coordinate teams, vendors, and resources
  • Support recruitment, training, and staff productivity.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Identify operational risks and mitigate them.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Act as a link between operations, finance, HR, sales, and logistics
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks affecting performance.
Requirements:
  • Candidates should possess a First degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Salary N250,000 / month.
