  • Previous experience managing a bakery.
  • Act as a point of Business striving for sales for the pastry Depertment.
  • Experience in sales
  • Sound knowledge of different baking techniques.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Source Revenue and tracking sales
  • Monitor sales and financial performance, manage budgets, and handle cash and point-of-sale reconciliations.
