Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Manager to oversee and manage our company's Sales operations and drive its growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in Sales management from a reputable company or FMCG background.
Strategic Planning and Business Development
- Develop and implement long and short-term growth strategies to enhance market position and profitability
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making
- Lead marketing initiatives, including creating marketing materials and introducing new products to the market
- Spearhead market entry and geographical expansion initiatives, building go-to-market strategies tailored to specific regional or demographic needs
- Negotiate commercial terms, draft proposals, and manage contracts with clients, partners, and vendors
Sales and Relationship Management
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and surpass targets, involving sales forecasting and analysis
- Craft and implement sales strategies, manage sales teams, and coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with key clients, corporate entities, partners, and government agencies
- Lead the introduction of new products to the market
