Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee and grow our transportation business in Abeokuta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving profitability, and developing strategies to expand our transportation services within and beyond the city. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day transportation operations, including fleet management, driver schedules, and route planning
• Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, properly maintained, and compliant with regulatory standards
• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, attract new customers, and improve service delivery
• Monitor business performance, prepare financial reports, and manage operating budgets effectively
• Recruit, train, and supervise drivers, dispatchers, and support staff to maintain a productive workforce
• Implement safety and compliance protocols in line with FRSC and local transport regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
• Resolve operational issues promptly, including vehicle breakdowns, delays, or customer complaints
• Oversee fuel usage, maintenance costs, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and diversification within the transport sector

Requirements
