The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, manage production planning, coordinate vendors, and supervise staff while ensuring high product quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bakery operations and workflow

• Drive sales growth and improve overall business performance

• Oversee production planning and inventory management

• Manage vendors and supplier relationships

• Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards

• Ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction

• Track expenses, control costs, and support profitability goals

• Implement operational improvements and basic reporting systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business management, operations, or retail/food services

• Strong leadership and people-management skills
