Position Overview:
- The Business Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for the agency.
- This role bridges strategy, sales, and client management, ensuring the firm’s offerings are effectively positioned and consistently converted into profitable engagements.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities aligned with the agency’s strategic goals
- Develop growth strategies across existing and new markets
- Lead pitch development, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling services
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Contribute to agency positioning, pricing strategies, and service innovation
- Work closely with creative, media, strategy, and operations teams to shape compelling value propositions & ensure seamless delivery
- Support leadership in setting revenue targets and performance metrics & tracking business development performance against targets
- Represent the agency at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on wins/losses
- Use insights to refine strategy, sales and growth approaches.

- Proven experience in client service, business development, sales within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency
- Strong understanding of marketing, influencers, digital, and advertising services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
- Ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills.
- At least 5/6 years Agency Experience
- Results-driven and commercially focused
