Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead the Sales & Marketing operations of our Security and AI Solutions division in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Biometric and Access Control Solutions, with proven sales success, team leadership, and a results-driven mindset.

You will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of our Lagos-based center, supported by Technical, Academic, Accounts, and Administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Sales & Marketing operations for the Security and AI Solutions division
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution
• Oversee the overall performance of the Lagos-based center
• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting retail and corporate clients
• Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams
• Manage relationships with key accounts and develop new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 2-4 years post-qualification experience in solution software sales at the center level
• Proven experience in sales roles within the IT training or tech solutions industry
• Demonstrated experience selling biometric and access control solutions to both retail and corporate clients
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of growing revenue through strategic planning and execution
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of networking, website maintenance, and digital marketing

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₦300,000 (slightly negotiable)
• Performance-Based Annual Bonus
