## Title: Business Efficiency Officer – Internal Control & Audit

About This Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • General Building Upkeep: Perform carpentry, painting, landscaping, and structural repairs (windows, doors)
  • System Management: Ensure optimal functionality of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Emergency Response: Promptly address urgent maintenance requests, following safety protocols
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update service logs, and manage inventory of parts
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, part replacement) on machinery, HVAC, and electrical systems
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues in plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, and other equipment to minimize downtime

Requirements

  • HND or BSc qualification
  • 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience

Essential Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
