## Title: Business Development and Marketing-Sales Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Marketing-Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, and researching organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities. You will work to increase the value of current customers while attracting new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and technology research
  • Formulate business development strategy
  • Analyze and develop distribution channels
  • Plan and manage new product development initiatives
  • Assess and develop technology transfer, licensing, and partnership opportunities
  • Plan marketing, advertising, and promotion campaigns
  • Plan and develop sales organization structure
  • Develop import/export business opportunities
  • Develop and execute business plans
  • Launch and implement new business initiatives
  • Organize marketing and sales meetings
  • Authorize sales transactions and approve quotes and receipts
  • Manage administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and communication
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all operations
  • Where applicable, manage direct-reporting staff including recruitment, training, motivation, and development
  • Pursue continuous professional development

Required Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Science
  • 1-2 years of extensive experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or sales
  • Professional organization membership (preferred)

  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Managing Director/CEO and Operations Director.
