About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development executive to drive growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships across all business segments. This role requires a proactive professional capable of engaging clients, leading tendering processes, analyzing market trends, and supporting management with timely business intelligence that enhances decision-making and fuels sustainable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve corporate business and sales targets
- Implement the Business Development/Commercial Process Procedure
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive marketing
- Consolidate and maintain existing client relationships
- Coordinate all tendering and bidding activities, ensuring timely submission of bids
- Maintain comprehensive schedules of all jobs bid, pre-qualified prospects, and opportunities
- Obtain and maintain updated information for all submitted pre-qualifications and tenders
- Ensure pre-qualification documents and bids are complete and comply with Invitation for Tender (ITT) requirements
- Prepare, package, and submit comprehensive tenders and pre-qualifications (technical tender, unpriced commercial tender, and commercial tender)
- Participate in site inspection visits and pre-bid/tender clarification meetings
- Submit detailed reports to management on tender activities and outcomes
- Analyze market trends and recommend strategic changes to enhance competitiveness
