Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer located at the Ibadan campus. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and creating strategies to increase school enrollment and partnerships.

Tasks will involve relationship management, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing data to identify trends, and ensuring the school's service offerings meet the needs of the community while adhering to its mission and vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in new business development
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and data
• Knowledge of finance for developing budgets and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the education sector is beneficial but not mandatory
• Advanced degree is an advantage
