Business Development Officer at Lavita Group

About the Role

Lavita Group seeks a dedicated Business Development Officer to drive sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships by promoting laboratory testing and diagnostic services to hospitals, clinics, and corporate organizations. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth through innovative marketing and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate organizations for laboratory services
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients through effective communication and service follow-up
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and market trends in diagnostic and laboratory services
• Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and outreach programs to promote laboratory services
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Laboratory) to ensure excellent client service delivery
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet set targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and service improvement opportunities
• Support the development and implementation of customer retention strategies
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
