About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-experienced Business Development Officer to join our dynamic, expanding team. You will drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, lead generation, and closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development by identifying new business opportunities and prospective clients
- Develop and implement client acquisition strategies
- Generate and filter leads, with consistent follow-up and closing activities
- Initiate client interactions via calls, emails, and physical meetings to promote services
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
- Maintain a pipeline of potential business leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage and update CRM tools and client records
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
- Participate in the planning and execution of business development campaigns
- Attend client meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Prepare periodic reports and track KPIs
Required Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and business management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the software ecosystem and technology sector
