About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving the company's growth by analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs effectively

• Develop and implement strategic business plans

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development with demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close business opportunities
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities
• Knowledge of finance including budgeting, proposals, and profitability analysis
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong project management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Prior experience in the safety equipment industry
