We are seeking experienced Business Development Officers to join our team to drive regional growth. The successful candidates will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and create strategies to boost revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet growth and revenue targets
- Generate new business leads continuously through networking, referrals, cold calls, and targeted events
- Conduct in-depth research to identify new markets, customer segments, and property trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and prospects to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations aimed at securing new deals and expanding the client base
- Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure alignment and seamless client experience from lead to closure
- Address client concerns, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business through effective follow-up and CRM use
- Explore new territories or niche markets and provide insights to improve service quality and expand offerings
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports on progress and results
- Prepare business development reports for senior management
