A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the hospital
  • Increase patient inflow through corporate partnerships, referrals, and strategic engagements
  • Promote hospital services to HMOs, corporate organizations, and individuals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Manage corporate accounts, service agreements, and follow up on MOUs
  • Support marketing campaigns, health outreaches, wellness programs, and community activations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Track leads, conversions, and revenue performance
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align services with market needs
  • Represent the hospital at networking events, meetings, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Good presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
Salary N250,000 monthly.
