## Title: Business Development Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive company growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role involves market research, lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals to increase revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior
