## Title: Business Development Officer

Position Overview

The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence in the healthcare and laboratory equipment sector. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve set targets. The officer will contribute to strategic planning, customer retention, and promotion of Sixthlab Medical's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development and Client Acquisition

  • Identify and research potential clients, partners, and new market opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients in both private and public sectors
  • Generate qualified leads and follow up to conversion through consultative selling
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients
  • Prepare tailored business proposals, quotations, and tender documents

Client Relationship and Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales documentation

Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, pricing strategies, and product performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to plan promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build networks

Sales Performance and Reporting

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
