Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to drive deposit mobilization and loan/investment sales across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive deposit mobilization
• Manage loan and investment sales across the following asset classes:
  • SME Loans
  • Term Loans
  • LPO Financing
  • Invoice Discounting
  • Contract Finance
  • Lease Finance

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree or equivalent qualification
• 5–7 years of professional experience
• Prior experience in a Financial Institution (Commercial Bank or Finance Company) – required
• Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven track record in investments and loans
• Age: 35 years or younger

Compensation & Benefits

• Net Salary: N850,000 monthly (negotiable)
