## Title: Business Development Manager at Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited

Job Summary

Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited is seeking a resourceful Business Development Manager to strengthen our operations. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of the team, develop long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategies for the company, and drive market leadership while improving market share in the competitive real estate sector.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with expertise in real estate sales, marketing, and business development. You will oversee all sales and promotional events, attract new clients, and improve client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class sales management and leadership experience
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
  • Proactively drive sales planning, forecasting, and sales and customer service management
  • Deliver targeted top-line results according to project business plans by meeting sales targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and promotional activities for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales
  • Implement mechanisms for evaluation and categorization of channel partners
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods, and results
  • Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales trends and develop sales techniques that target the right market with appropriate tools
  • Propose and implement sales promotion activities for projects
  • Participate in negotiations and bring deals to closure
  • Devise new and innovative selling and promotional techniques and schemes
  • Monitor competitor trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to balance competing priorities and meet customer expectations
  • Keep abreast of competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, and quality
  • Educate clients on market trends and maintain awareness of market developments
