Job Summary

We are seeking a resourceful and results-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our real estate operations. In this role, you will manage day-to-day sales and marketing activities, develop long-term business development strategies, and position the company as a market leader in the competitive real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven expertise in real estate sales, marketing, and business development. You will oversee all sales and promotional activities, attract new clients, and improve client retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class sales management and leadership experience
• Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set targets by mentoring and motivating the sales team
• Proactively manage sales planning, forecasting, and customer service strategies
• Deliver targeted revenue as per project business plans and meet sales targets
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and promotional activities for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales goals
• Implement evaluation and categorization mechanisms for channel partners
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods, and results
• Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes
• Conduct regular analysis of sales trends and develop sales techniques targeting the right market segments
• Propose and implement sales promotion activities for projects
• Participate in negotiations and bring deals to closure
• Devise and implement new and innovative selling and promotional techniques and schemes
• Monitor competitor trends and conduct benchmarking analysis to maintain competitive positioning in areas such as property offerings, pricing, location, and quality
• Educate clients on market trends and keep them informed of industry developments
