  • The Business Development Manager for Radiology Sales in Uni-medical Healthcare Limited is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of radiology products and services within a specified market. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring the company meets or exceeds revenue targets. The position requires a deep understanding of radiology technology, market trends, and customer needs within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for radiology products and services to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets, through research and relationship-building.
  • Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, private practices, imaging centers, and other healthcare providers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their radiology needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge and Consultation:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technological advancements in radiology, including imaging equipment, software, and services.
  • Provide consultative sales, advising clients on the best radiology products and services for their specific needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare providers and decision-makers.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to develop and execute campaigns, promotional materials, and sales initiatives.
