Position Overview
FMR AGENCY is seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to drive expansion of our clientele in the logistics and retail sectors. You will serve as the face of the company, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sustainable financial growth while building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote company products and services, addressing or anticipating client objectives
- Prepare sales contracts in adherence with legal rules and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other financial documentation
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into capable salespeople
Required Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role
- Demonstrated sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluency in English
- Strong market knowledge
