We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in oil & gas, power, infrastructure, and financial sectors
  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with clients, regulators, and partners
  • Lead compelling proposals, tenders, and bids that solve real client challenges
  • Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align business development with service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
  • Genuine passion for environmental services and ESG impact
  • 4–7 years in business development, ideally in consulting, environmental services, or infrastructure
  • Proven track record of winning or supporting bids over ₦50M
  • Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory landscape (NUPRC, NESREA, ESG trends)
  • Self-starter who thrives independently and as part of a dynamic team
