About the Role
We are seeking experienced and result-driven Business Development Managers to join our growing team in Enugu. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and courier sector
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums within the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the logistics or transport industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local market in Enugu
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
