Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class sales management experience and mentoring to the sales team
• Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by motivating and supporting team members
• Drive Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Customer Service Management activities
• Deliver targeted revenue targets as per project business plans and meet sales objectives
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and promotional activities for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales
• Implement evaluation and categorization mechanisms for channel partners
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries, methods, and results
• Oversee development and management of internal sales operations and processes
• Conduct regular analysis of sales trends and develop sales techniques targeting the right market segments
• Propose and implement sales promotion activities for projects
• Participate in negotiations and close deals
• Devise and implement innovative selling and promotional techniques and schemes
• Monitor competitor trends and conduct benchmarking analysis to maintain competitive advantage
• Educate clients on market trends and keep them informed of market developments
