About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive growth and identify new business opportunities in a dynamic property development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies for the company
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Meet and exceed sales and business development targets
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
