About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive growth and identify new business opportunities in a dynamic property development environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the company
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales and business development targets
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
