## Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence. This role requires a professional with strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property sales, leasing, and investment
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate partners
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports to management
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff to enhance team performance

Qualifications & Skills

  • HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the real estate sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of Nigerian property laws, investment climate, and urban development trends
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must reside within Egbeda and its environs
