## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Business Development Manager to lead our business development initiatives and drive growth in the Food Retail and Hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set company and individual sales forecasts aligned with the company's 5-year growth plan
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of business development executives, guiding them to achieve outbound activity and sales targets within the Food Retail and Hospitality sector
  • Expand and nurture existing customer accounts in the Retail and Hospitality sector, establishing the foundation for ongoing revenue growth and future customer success opportunities
  • Proactively develop high-value new business from non-spending prospects and secure long-term contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with your team to craft innovative business development strategies and tactics to achieve rapid sector growth
  • Monitor and report on personal and team achievements to build a consistent, results-driven sales operation
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Development
  • 4–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in quick-service restaurant environments
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager
