## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

Lonadek, an established company based in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives and partnerships that significantly impact the company's revenue
  • Analyse customer needs and develop compelling presentations that address client pain points
  • Strategically monitor market trends, competitors, and operational factors to ensure current market intelligence supports business decisions
  • Manage the end-to-end process of bidding and tendering for industry projects and business opportunities
  • Ensure delivery of efficient after-sales support strategies for both technical and commercial requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Educational background in Engineering, Technology, or allied discipline
  • 10+ years of proven track record in driving business strategy and revenue generation initiatives through aggressive sales as a Technical Business Development or Sales Professional
  • Relevant experience within the Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil and Gas sectors
