## Title: Business Development Manager – Partnerships & Growth

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Partnerships & Growth Lead) — an execution-focused, results-driven professional who will spearhead sales, partnerships, growth, and commercial strategy to rapidly expand HealthVest's impact and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Sales

  • Identify, pitch, and close B2B partnerships with healthcare providers (HMOs, hospitals, pharmacies, labs, gyms, wellness centers, insurers, etc.)
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring up to 40% provider discounts for HealthVest members
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, closing strategic partnerships every quarter
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key partners

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Ideate, define, and implement HealthVest's commercial and growth strategy
  • Develop sales playbooks, pricing models, and market entry strategies
  • Lead market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Drive adoption and usage of HealthVest Wallet and other products

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and coach the sales and growth team to deliver on ambitious targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns, pitches, and collateral that support sales execution
  • Report regularly to the CEO and board on sales pipeline, KPIs, and growth projections

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Partnership Growth: Onboard at least 500 new providers (pharmacies, hospitals, labs, gyms, and wellness centers)
