## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in loan sales to individuals, corporates, SMEs, and MSMEs, with proven leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets
  • Set sales goals and monitor performance through KPIs
  • Recruit, mentor, and train sales team members
  • Identify market opportunities and expand client base
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Establish strategic partnerships to enhance loan booking
  • Collaborate with credit and risk teams to align with company policies
  • Conduct market research and report on sales performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in loan sales, including SMEs and MSMEs
  • Proven leadership and sales management experience
  • Strong understanding of loan products and financial services
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Compensation

Annual Gross Remuneration: 4.8M
