## Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Elevated HR Limited is expanding its team and seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to support growth in the power supply and LNG market. You will be responsible for developing business opportunities and managing client relationships across key regions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the electricity and LNG market in Ogun, Oyo, and Lagos states, particularly along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Lekki, and the Lekki Free Trade Zone areas
  • Engage with local customers and collect market information
  • Arrange site visits, prepare materials, make presentations, and follow up on client needs
  • Develop business strategies and source customers from local and international businesses and industries
  • Prepare Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and business proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Conduct research and development activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree minimum with relevant industry background
  • At least 2-3 years of sales or business development experience in manufacturing, banking, power/energy, or trade sector
  • Male, aged 30-40 years
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive (preferred)
  • Responsible, reliable, and strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in electricity or gas sales, or previous employment with Nigerian state-owned enterprises (e.g., EKO Electricity, Lagos State Power Authority) is advantageous

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦800,000 gross per month, depending on relevant industry experience
  • Free accommodation provided
  • Bonus, allowances, and sales commissions on business conversions
  • Training and guidance provided
  • 6 working days per week

Additional Information

Immediate onboarding is preferred. Applicants must be willing to work at any of our power stations within Lagos and Ogun state.
