About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue for our CBT center. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with center management to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, conversion, and closure
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- 6-8 years of post-NYSC experience
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
