## Title: Business Development Manager

Position Overview

DET Consulting Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the recycling and manufacturing industry.

This role requires strategic thinking, market analysis, and hands-on execution to expand the company's market share and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and projects
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client management
  • Experience in the recycling or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
  • Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or business management are an advantage

Required Competencies & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the recycling and manufacturing sector
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and business development targets
  • Analytical skills for market research, business forecasting, and competitor analysis
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team when necessary
