  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies for podcast sponsorships, branded content, and media partnerships
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential brand partners, advertisers, and sponsors
  • Assist in pitching media solutions tailored to client objectives
  • Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Collaborate with the content and production teams to align brand deliverables
  • Prepare proposals, rate cards, and post-campaign reports
  • Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth targets
  • Represent Huntaclay Media and Good News Naija Podcast professionally in meetings and industry engagements.
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • 2–4 years experience in sales, media sales, advertising, or partnerships
  • Strong understanding of digital media, podcasts, content marketing, or influencer marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking is an advantage.
