An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships across SKLD’s trading and manufacturing operations.
  • The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions that support sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 5–8 years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles (trading/manufacturing preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals
  • Strong market analysis, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, finance)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
