Position Overview:
- We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven, verifiable track record of closing deals across multiple industries. This role is strictly results-driven and suited for professionals who can deliver quickly. If you’ve spent years selling, negotiating, and closing—and you know how to hit the ground running—this role is for you.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across all company product lines
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align products with client needs
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports
- 1-week structured onboarding
- Post-onboarding, you are expected to actively generate leads and close deals
- Performance will be measured against clear revenue and activity KPIs
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development or sales
- Proven and verifiable deal-closing track record (this is non-negotiable)
- Experience selling products/services across different industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Highly self-driven, performance-oriented, and comfortable with accountability
- Ability to start producing results with minimal ramp-up
- This is not an entry-level or learning role. We are hiring a closer—someone who has done this before and can prove it.
