## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying new security contracts, expanding client relationships, and promoting our range of security services to corporate, government, and private clients. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow the company's security services portfolio
  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients across corporate, government, and private sectors
  • Achieve revenue targets and monitor business performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors in the security industry
  • Prepare proposals, service agreements, and sales reports
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Represent the company at client meetings, security forums, and industry events

Requirements & Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-10 years' experience in business development or sales, preferably in security or service-based industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of security services, contracts, and service delivery standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and organized with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
