About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive aggressive revenue growth across assigned regions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Lead high-value negotiations, institutional sales, and strategic partnerships
Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities in public and private healthcare institutions
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
Tender & Proposal Management
- Lead preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and institutional quotations
- Manage complex sales cycles with hospitals, laboratories, and government institutions
Team & Regional Leadership
- Supervise regional business development teams
- Recruit, mentor, and coach Business Development Officers
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key institutional clients
- Act as senior point of contact for high-value accounts
- Ensure excellent service delivery and after-sales support
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to Head Office (Lagos)
- Oversee payment follow-ups and ensure timely invoice collections
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in senior business development or sales leadership roles
- Healthcare sales experience strongly preferred, including:
- Medical equipment
- Laboratory supplies
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills
- Experience managing regional teams and institutional clients
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
