  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the execution, implementation, and management of all value-added services (VAS) initiatives and deliverables across Nigeria
  • The role focuses on ensuring the timely rollout of all VAS projects while meeting customer expectations and driving revenue growthThe ideal candidate will leverage strategic planning, innovation, and strong customer relationship management to deliver a superior customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction nationwide.
Job Responsibilities:
  • .Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company’s VAS portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Develop proposals and business cases for new services and revenue streams.
  • Oversee the implementation of VAS deliverables across all operational areas.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Conduct periodic audits to track performance and ensure service quality.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and technical teams to create innovative VAS concepts.
  • Prepare technical documentation and specifications for project execution.
  • Negotiate and manage marketing agreements and partnerships that support VAS growth.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of assigned VAS projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage project milestones and proactively address bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive smooth and efficient implementation.
  • Drive revenue generation through VAS initiatives and new business opportunities.
  • Deliver on sales targets and contribute meaningfully to the company’s financial goals.
  • Optimize existing services to increase customer adoption and retention.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in selling services in Travel or Hospitality 
  • Experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in project implementation, business growth, and client engagement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
