About the Role

This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in the Oil & Gas sector. You will be responsible for identifying and securing major contracts with International Oil Companies (IOCs) and other oil and gas service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collate and analyze industry data with a thorough understanding of competitive landscape
• Anticipate future projects and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities
• Identify potential clients and decision makers within the Oil and Gas sector
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and regulatory bodies (e.g., NUIMS, NCDMB, DPR)
• Win major contracts in the following service areas:
  • Construction and Fabrication
  • Marine Services
  • Manpower Supply
  • Procurement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar business development role
• Extensive working experience in the oil and gas sector
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Extensive marketing experience
• Demonstrated experience securing large contracts
• Experience with proposal management and bid processes
• Exposure to contracts with understanding of basic contract language

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors or rework
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience interacting with executive-level staff
• Knowledge of document management methods
• Cloud software experience (advantageous)
