## Title: Business Development Lead – Enterprise Applications

About the Role

ActiveEdge Technologies is seeking a Business Development Lead for Enterprise Applications to drive strategic growth and market expansion. This role combines strategic planning, sales pipeline development, and cross-functional leadership to achieve ambitious revenue targets in the enterprise solutions space.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for enterprise practices
  • Set short- and long-term strategic goals aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing market share
  • Align business strategies with ActiveEdge's overall corporate objectives

Sales Pipeline Development

  • Collaborate with business and sales teams to build and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline
  • Drive the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas client organizations
  • Facilitate partnerships that promote enterprise solutions leveraging technology stacks
  • Represent ActiveEdge in partner meetings, conferences, and joint initiatives

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies for enterprise solutions
  • Align GTM approaches with market opportunities, industry trends, and evolving customer needs
  • Ensure synergy between marketing, presales, and delivery teams in executing GTM initiatives

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate internal teams including Sales, Technical, and Marketing to support enterprise practices
  • Ensure seamless execution of business plans and consistent communication across functions
  • Provide leadership that promotes collaboration, innovation, and accountability

Partnership & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships with technology providers, customers, and industry influencers
  • Manage alliance activities and ensure compliance with partner programs and certification requirements

Market Analysis & Competitive Research

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to ensure ActiveEdge remains competitive and ahead of industry trends
