Reports To

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership materials
• Engage potential clients and help maintain relationships with existing ones
• Collaborate with other departments to support ongoing business initiatives
• Track and report business development metrics and outcomes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently serving NYSC corps member (recently posted or just out of camp)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in business development and the fintech industry
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
