Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Business Development personnel to join our team in driving growth and revenue for our B2B Tech sales company. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Your ability to understand our clients' needs, develop solutions, and drive business growth will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals
- Manage existing client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the sales leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the IT industry
- B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Understanding of the IT industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics
- Ability to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions
