Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
- Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
- Gather client feedback and provide insights for product and marketing improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and digital teams to align strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in property marketing or sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
