  • Promote and sell the company’s properties to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights for product and marketing improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and digital teams to align strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in property marketing or sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
